transsexuality The PSOE Coordinator will begin a hunger strike

Area Coordinator of Federal Group Transexual Gay, Lesbian and Transgender PSOE, Carla Antonelli, announced yesterday that on May 15 will begin a hunger strike "until the last consequences" to claim the Government to meet its election commitment to adopt the Law on Gender Identity, recognizing transgender rights in this term.

"The successive terms of the law announced by the Government have failed and there are overtones of that will be presented at this session," he lamented. Antonelli

pleaded immersed in a 'conflict' staff as a "convinced of the policies of the PSOE militant left" and recognizes the achievements of this term, but regrets that it was "shelved" the Transgender Rights, a group that has between 7,000 and 9,000 people in Spain.

In this regard, said that while the regulation on the rights of homosexuals was of recognizing civil rights such as marriage or adoption, in the case of transsexuals affect many aspects such as public health, labor, rent a house "and all that activity you have to show ID" .

Adierazpena

“Ahotsak” Emakume Taldeak, Bakearen Aldeko Emakumeen Ahotsak, bere Adierazpena publiko egiten du, euskal bake prozesuaren ekarpen gisa. Bere osotasunean irakur ahal izateko, klika (sakatu) ezazu “testu osoa” izeneko lotura. Adierazpenarekin bat egin nahi baduzu, “comments” loturari sakatu eta bidal eizaguzu zure iruzkina (izen-abizenak eta NAN-CNI-EHNA zenbakia erantsiz). Blogger atalean izena eman gabe eduki ezkero, “besteak” edo “ezezagun” ezizena aukera zenezake parte hartzeko eta zure iruzkina argitaratzeko.

Agiri hau sinatzen dugunok ideologia, tradizio eta sentimendu ezberdinak ditugun emakumeak gara; banatzen gaituena alde batera utzi eta batzen gaituenetik abiatuta, eta modu pertsonalean, bake eta adiskidetzearen bila urratsak esploratu nahi ditugu.

Agiri honekin ez dugu ez ezer ez inor ordezkatu nahi; gure asmo bakarra, bakoitza dagoen lekutik, egungo egoerari bultzada ematea da, bai eta konponbidea bilatze lanetan laguntzen saiatzea ere, aurreiritzirik eta baldintzarik gabeko elkarrizketa abiapuntu ona dela baieztatuz, pertsona guztien eskubideen errespetua ere den moduan.

Itxaropenezko orain eta etorkizun baten alde lan egiteak amankomuneko militantzia, geurea alde batera utziz, aintzat hartzera behartzen gaitu: bakearen aldeko militantzia, hain zuzen; izan ere, bakeak saboteadore ugari ditu beti gatazka guztietan eta argi izpi bat ekartzea ezinbestekoa da.

Beraz, emakumeok bakearen aldeko eragile aktibo izan behar dugula uste dugu, bai eta gure herrian ireki beharreko itxaropenezko prozesu berrian parte hartu behar dugula ere.

Gaur egun, eta bizi dugun gizarte eredua kontuan hartuta, gure herriko bizitza politikoan gizon eta emakumeon papera ez da bera. Hala ere, eta guri ere dagokigun gatazka politikoaren ondorioak pairatzen ditugun heinean, konponbideak bilatzerakoan emakumeok ere izan behar dugun partehartzea eta protagonismoa aldarrikatzera gatoz. Konponbidearen subjektu aktibo izan behar dugu, orain arte gertatutakoaren subjektu izan garen bezala.

Horregatik hiru premisetan oinarritzen den etapa berri bat irekitzeko aukera ahalbidetu nahi dugu:

1.- Bakea erdiestea eskakizun kolektiboa eta lehentasun politikoa da. Denon lana da, eta ez da soilik eta bakarrik edozein motatako bortxakeria ez egotea. Bakearen kontzeptua, gure iritziz, ez dago hutsik, kontrakoa baizik. Guretzat, demokrazia eta gizarte justiziarekin zerikusia du, gatazka historikoak amaitutzat ematea eta, askatasunak zein eskubideak oinarri gisa, garai bat ixtea ahalbidetuko duen aldaketa prozesu batekin, alegia.

2.- Proiektu politiko guztiak defenda daitezke eta defendatu behar dira, bat bera ere inposatu gabe. Bide politiko eta demokratikoak erabiliz, baldintza berdinetan, proiektu politiko guztiak garatu eta gauzatzea bermatu eta ahalbidetuko duen eszenatoki demokratikoa bilatu behar da.

3.- Euskal gizarteak, Euskal Herriko hiritarrek, egungo marko juridiko-politikoa eraldatu, aldatu edo mantentzeko borondatea baldin badu, guztiok beharrezko diren berme demokratikoak eta adosturiko prozedura politikoak ezarri eta errespetatzeko konpromisoa hartu beharko genuke, euskal gizarteak erabakitakoa errespetatua eta gauzatua izan dadin eta, beharrezkoa balitz, erabaki honek lege araudian bere isla izan dezan.

Zentzu honetan, gizonek eta emakumeok gizartean dugun partehartze ezberdina zehazten duten baldintzei aurre egin beharko zaiela uste dugu, egun ez dagoen eskubide eta aukera berdintasuna bermatzeko asmoz. Honek geure eskubideak, emakumezkoenak, aitortzea dakar, eta hori posible izango da bakarrik prozesuan partaide diren eragile guztien konpromiso sendoa baldin badago.

Agiri hau sinatzen dugunok konponbiderako aukerak egon badaudela uste dugu eta horretarako guztiok elkar onartu eta besteak duen egia ikusten saiatu behar dugulakoan gaude. Gure irudiko, adostasuna lortzearren hitz egitea aurrez eman beharreko urratsa da, eta hori demokrazia indartzea da, ez ahultzea.

Guk ez dugu hauteskundeetan arrakasta bilatzen, ezta gure aukera politiko, sindikal, sozial edo kulturalaren defentsa ere; ez dugu inoren txaloa bilatzen eta kritika itzelari ere ez diogu beldurrik; aitzitik, egungo egoerak bere horretan jarrai ez dezan lan egiteak merezi duela pentsatzera eramaten gaitu, konponbiderik nahi ez dutenek orain arte beti ezinezkotzat jo duten bideak sinesgarritasuna izan dezan.

Deklarazio hau sinatzen dugun emakumeok, beste bake prozesu batzuetan beste emakume batzuek egin duten bezala, prozesu hau blindatzearen alde lan egingo dugu, hondoa jo ez dezan, zapuztu ez dadin eta, prozesuan zehar nahiz konponbidean, emakumeok partaide aktibo izan gaitezen eta gure papera eta gure protagonismoa aldarrika ditzagun. Azken batean, prozesua eta bere irtenbidea sendotzeko hiritar guztien partehartzea ahalbidetuko duten berme demokratikoak ezartzearen alde lan egingo dugu.

Horregatik egiten dugu ekarpen hau; ideiak kontrajartzeko, hitz egiteko, hurbiltzeko, negoziatzeko, planteatzen ditugun oinarrietatik abiatuta bakea eraikitzeko lanean gure esku dagoen guztia jartzeko prest gaude.

Those who sign this statement
are women of different ideologies, traditions and feelings that, personally, and starting from what unites us and separates us from what we want to explore steps forward in the quest for peace and reconciliation.

This statement does not intend to replace anything or anyone, from the place of each one, our only intention is to give impetus to the current situation and try assist in the search for asserting that the dialogue without prejudice and without conditions is a good starting point as it is respect for the rights of all people.

Working for a present and a future of hope requires us to value common militancy outside our own: the militants for peace to so many spoilers that peace is always in every conflict in which it is necessary to illuminate it .

believe that women should be, therefore, active agents for peace and participate in a new process of hoping to be opened in our country.

Today, given the social model in which we live, the role of men and women is not the same in the political life of our country. However, while we suffer the consequences of political conflict that nothing is foreign to us, we come to claim the participation and the role that women must have when looking for solutions. We must be active in the solution, as we have been subjected to what has happened so far.

why we want you to open a new stage under three assumptions: 1 .-

Achieving peace is a collective demand and a political priority. It is also a task of everyone and not just about the absence of any violence. The concept of peace from our point of view is not vacuous, but quite the opposite. For us it has to do with democracy, social justice, through a process of change that allows the public to terminate historical conflicts, close a page in terms of rights and freedoms.

2 .- All the political projects can and should be defended. We must not impose any. Look for a democratic setting that enables and ensures the development and realization of all projects on an equal footing, by political and democratic.

3 .- If the Basque society, the citizens of the Basque Country or Euskal Herria want to transform, change or retain their current legal and political framework, everyone must pledge to respect and establish the guarantees necessary democratic and political processes which agreed to decide Basque society is respected and materialized and, if necessary, have their reflection in the laws.

In this sense, we must also address the conditions that determine the different social participation of women and men, in order to ensure equal rights and opportunities exist today. This involves the recognition of our rights, women, and will only be possible from the firm commitment of all actors participating in the process.

Those who sign this statement believe that it is possible the solution, and we think that this all and we all must recognize as such, we must try to see the truth with other people. For us, dialogue is the preliminary step to agree and this is to strengthen democracy, not weaken it.

We do not seek electoral success and the defense of our political choice, association, social and cultural development do not seek the applause of anyone or intimidate us fierce criticism, it encourages us to think that it is worth working for that things stay the same, to make credible the path that so far has always dismissed as impossible by those who do not want to have a solution. The

Women who sign this statement, as have other women in peace processes, we will work to shield it, lest embarranque so as not to frustrate. Also, for women to be active part of it, to claim our role and prominence, both during the process and solution. In short, work to establish democratic safeguards that allow the participation of all citizens to strengthen the process and solution.

why we make this contribution, we are willing to contrast and dialogue, the approach to negotiation, to put everything on our part in the task of building peace on the premise that planteamos.

We agree that
this document, are women of ideologies, traditions and sensitivities, which, personally, want to try a new approach to peace and reconciliation on the basis of what unites us rather than what separates us.

We do not pretend with this document, replace anyone or anything. Our only desire is to contribute, according to the place that each of us ocuppe, to change the current situation in trying to help find solutions. We are convinced that dialogue, without prejudice and without conditions, is an appropriate starting point, as well as the rights of all people.

The fact of working for a present and a future of hope requires us to put forward, beyond our own militancy, a communist activist in favor of peace in the face of so many spoilers that peace is still face in any conflict where a ray of peace is essential.

We are convinced that we women have to be active agents for peace by participating in the new process of hope that should open in our country.

As of today, the social model in force is what it is, men's participation and women is not the same in the political life of our country. However, insofar as we suffer the consequences of a conflict that we do is not a strange, we wish to claim the participation and role of women in the context of finding solutions.

In this perspective, we want to open a new stage in the three following basic premises: 1 .-

Achieving peace is a collective demand and a political priority, a task for all and all. It is not only and solely from the absence of any form of violence of any kind either. In this regard, the concept of peace is not from our point of view, a hollow concept, meaningless, quite the contrary. For us, peace is akin to democracy, social justice, a process of change that allows citizens with regard to historical conflicts be resolved and, in terms of rights and freedoms, to turn a page.

2 .- All the political projects can and should be defended. None can be imposed. It should find a democratic framework which enables and guarantees the development of all projects on the same footing, in ways political and democratic.

3 .- If the Basque society, the citizens of the Basque Country or Euskal Herria, want to transform, change or maintain the legal and political framework that they have today, we should commit ourselves to respect and to establish democratic safeguards necessary policies and procedures accorded to that decisions taken by the Basque society are respected and if necessary reflected and embodied in legal institutions.

In this sense, we believe that the aspects that determine a different participation of women and men in society must also be addressed, so that equal rights and opportunities exist today, is guaranteed. This implies the recognition of our rights, those women who may not be possible through a sincere commitment of all actors involved in the process. We agree that

this document believe that a solution is possible and that to achieve this we must all recognize us as such and distinguished from the other truth that holds. The dialogue is the preliminary step for us to mutual understanding, a step that helps to strengthen democracy, not weaken it.
We seek neither
electoral success, or to defend our own policy options. We are not trying to be applauded by anyone and the criticism does not intimidate us. What encourages us is to think that because things are not static, it is worthwhile to work to make it more credible in a way not previously qualified by those who oppose any solution form. We

women who endorse this agreement, as has been done by other women in other peace processes, so will work to strengthen and avoid trampling on site and lead in failure. It's the same in our desire that women be fully stakeholders in a process vis-à-vis where we claim our role and our protagonist, both in its accomplishment, in its solution. We will work ultimately for the establishment of democratic safeguards that allow the participation of all and every citizen (do) s and strengthening the process and its solution.

Here is the subject of this contribution. Based on the assumptions defined above, we are open to any exchange of views at any dialogue, any approximation, in any negotiation are willing to do whatever is within our power to help build peace.
