law is gender violence an incomplete law, a law that leaves many people stranded and unable to report situations in which they live because the law does not contemplate, it is true that fewer cases might be given (perhaps that are not reported and what there is not)
not just the men who physically or mentally abuse women also abuse men suffer when they are abused by their wives and over they can not report because the law does not contemplate.
not contemplated in the case of marriage between same sex, where the person reporting the case is a battered wife for another woman or a man abused by other men, transgendered people nor do we find protected by that law.
