As I said in my previous letter "Chronicle of a Death Foretold", things have reached a situation where I only have two roads are actually three as the director told me the bank branch where I have the mortgage.
One is to stop paying the mortgage, in which case the bank executed the mortgage and between barristers and solicitors costs I would be ruined for life (which novelty, did not I already now?.
Another option is that the bank is left with the house and I stayed in rented it, (nor is it the best solution because it would leave the pan to fall into the coals) and would be paying some money and the house will never be mine.
The last option is that the bank on its part to make a reduction in the amount of money I have to pay monthly mortgage (not a great solution as it would be "bread for today, hunger tomorrow) but good in evil is the best solution.
the moment is the option we chose, the branch manager requested in my name the bank to make me ea rebate, so for now "the ball is in your court" is they who have to decide if yes or no, but as the last option is the di me in my previous letter, before me sleeping on the street I lock myself at home with a petrol container and we'll see what's left of my home and if you add up four gas bottles .....
I hope things get fixed before being forced to the drastic solution, before I prefer death than living on the street.
